Worked until 2am so didn't get up for masters in the morning. Dang.

Did a swim by myself this afternoon. Only 1000 yards. I was so bored. I need masters or at least need to prepare my workouts ahead of time.

Biked on the trainer tonight. 65 minute hill climb workout from coach Jay. Followed by a set of sit-ups.

12/29/09

I forgot what it felt like to run 5 miles whilst being really out of shape. It hurts.

Summary:
Run: 49.15 minutes
5.0 miles
9.53 min/mi (includes walking time)
I walked about .25 miles from 4.25 - 4.5 because of stomach cramps.

Ran at 2:30pm. Needed more time for my lunch to digest.
Skipped the warm-up and cool down because I was on a time crunch at work.
